You do not have to, but including a few details helps us give you a useful reply on the first try:
We are an independent guide, so a couple of things are worth knowing up front. We are happy to help you choose a lamp, pick a fuel, or match a wick or chimney. We cannot, however, process orders, payments, shipping or returns — those are handled entirely by the retailer you check out with, and their support team is best placed to help.
We read messages Monday through Friday. Anything that lands in the evening, on a weekend, or over a holiday gets picked up the next business day. And if your question is a common one — fuel type, burn time, safety, parts — a peek at the FAQ might get you an answer before we even reply.
